How does it work?

Set the Appointment:

We talk on the phone to schedule an appointment for a flat-rate bid. There are too many unforeseen situations and obstacles that really can’t be communicated clearly on the phone or email so a personal visit lets us see exactly what you need.

Day of Bid:

Our customers get the opportunity to see how professional and considerate our staff is, as well as get questions answered on-the-spot.  Also, we guarantee the price will stay the same for the items we agreed to moved.

A friendly consultant will take no more than 10 minutes of your time to:

  • Meet with you personally to discuss your needs
  • Visually assess what will be moved and how
  • Create a list of what will be relocated (so we are all on the same page)
  • Provide a guaranteed price that includes all the items on the list. If you add something, we’ll let you know any additional charges and get your approval first!

Day of Job:

Forgot something during the consult? If you decide there is anything to add, no problem, we’ll discuss a price and get your approval before moving anything extra.
