Kelly, Pablo, and his team were wonderful and responsive for our move. We had called Kelly and same day, Pablo was over to estimate the size and effort of our move. He was able to get us a quote and confirmation on time and date in that same meeting. All we were really needing was movers to load our Uhaul from our condo, and Pablo and his team (2) completed it hassle free in one and half hour. Very quick and ensured all our furniture was safe by wrapping everything. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Kellogg Movers after calling almost everyone in the valley. I had a strange moving date and was losing hope as mover after mover told me they’d be closed on that day. However, when I reached Kelly he was warm and friendly. He said that he would help me get moved on that day, even though they weren’t even normally open. I couldn’t believe it!! I live alone and do not have any family to help me move. So the idea of not finding anyone had me very stressed out. Kelly said he would make it happen. As the day of the move approached, I reached out to Kellogg Movers. It quickly became clear that we had had a massive miscommunication on the details. Kelly and I were both pretty stressed out by this and I was especially upset because there was no one else I could go to to help me in this situation. I didn’t have the money to pay anyone else more on short notice. And, as I mentioned before, most movers weren’t open on this day. Kelly asked that I give him some time to see what he could work out. To make a long story short, Kellogg Movers came through for me. Kelly found another mover to assist me and I learned later that he paid money out of his own pocket to help me be able to compensate the mover for short notice. He had no idea what that meant to me – especially having no one else to help and no other way to pay. Miscommunications can happen sometimes in business. But it’s a good sign of a great company and a great owner when they will own that and make it right. I would recommend Kellogg Movers to anyone. Thanks again, Kelly.
